Hi there!

Bram Reusen

Certified Nutrition Coach

Food and fitness are among my biggest passions in life (the others are soccer and national parks). Fortunately for me, those two things combine very well. In fact, nutrition and fitness are so intertwined, it’s very hard to optimize one without the other.

Before I received my Nutrition Coach (CNC) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I’d been interested in food for many years, whether it was cooking a delicious dinner myself, experimenting with new ingredients, or going out to nice restaurants.

What eventually pushed me to get certified and taking nutrition even more seriously was my increased fascination for the nutritional content of food, especially with regard to weightlifting and building muscle, avoiding disease, and aging in a healthy way.

After becoming a nutrition coach, I am currently also in the process of getting my NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification, which I plan on having finished this upcoming fall.

Nutrition coaching and personal (resistance) training is a great combination for the simple reason that exercise results and performance are dependent on both your workout program and what you eat on a daily basis.

As a Certified Nutrition Coach who focuses on resistance training, it’s my goal to help you build muscle, gain strength, lose fat, become healthier, and improve your long-term quality of life.

Resistance training and nutrition coaching packages coming soon!
